What began as a spontaneous purchase of a rundown inner-city home became an ambitious renovation and extension for a young family. With plans already in hand, we worked alongside them to refine the design, bring practical construction insight, and better align the build with both budget and everyday functionality—all during the height of COVID-19. 

The result is a home full of charm and practical features, tailored to a growing family's lifestyle. From structural adjustments to detailed finishes, every decision was made together, ensuring the transformation honoured the old while confidently delivering something new.
